We work with a network of developer clients and housebuilders who are prepared to purchase or explore various partnership structures, including Joint Ventures or development management agreements with the lender.

If a development site holds sufficient profit potential, a Joint Venture may be the most suitable option, allowing for shared risks and rewards between the stakeholders. However, where profit margins are more constrained, a development management arrangement may be more appropriate, allowing the lender to retain ownership while bringing in one of Q Capital’s trusted development management partners to complete the project.
